Please note, despite our site’s long tenure, we’re still a fan-run non-profit-making concern and happily amateur in a bumbly kind of way. We all have day jobs and families with far more call on our time than the site.

E.g. Despite appearances, SFcrowsnest isn’t a super-sized corporate publisher with a staff roster of thousands waiting to pounce on every e-mail and respond instantly, so your patience, and non-trollish remarks, are always appreciated.
