Here’s 2036 Origin Unknown, an upcoming science fiction film with Katee Sackhoff in the lead – it features a crashed manned Mars mission at the start. When the NASA investigator played by Katee is assigned to the case, she finds she has a new class of A.I. acting as her wing-man.

Trouble starts when they find a cube-like building next door to the crash area and behind the astronaut’s woes. Even more trouble starts when the A.I. begins doing a HAL impression.
