The superhero miniseries Secret Invasion has been adapted on the Marvel Comics narrative of the same name, to stream on Disney Plus next year. The extraterrestrial shape-shifting chumps known as the Skrulls have permeated every area of Earthly life, and now SHIELD must fight back to protect mankind.
Cobie Smulders, Martin Freeman, and Don Cheadle join series regulars Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, and Ben Mendelsohn as Talos.
The six-episode series Secret Invasion will debut in early 2023. The MCU has announced that it will include this in its upcoming Phase Five.
