In this fascinating interview, Dr. Avi Loeb is interviewed by John Michael Godier of Event Horizon-fame about the Galileo Project‘s purpose, which is to move the hunt for alien technical signals of Extraterrestrial Technological Civilizations (ETCs) into the mainstream of transparent, verified, and systematic scientific inquiry, moving away from chance or anecdotal sightings and stories.
This ground-based study looks for actual artefacts connected with alien technical equipment rather than electromagnetic transmissions.
