Here’s the short science fiction movie Zilly’s War by John M. Broadhead.
On a four-year trip to a distant planet, a smart but antisocial young lady battles her inner demons while also realising that there could be a more imminent threat on her own ship.
And John kindly informs us there is also a novella set in the same universe as the film – you can grab it over at the ‘zon via https://www.amazon.com/Zillys-War-John-M-Broadhead/dp/1517344778

Thank you so much for the blurb and the shares! It’s soooo cool to see our project on a public platform, with such overwhelmingly positive responses!
If you can, might you put in a line for the original novella on which the short film is based? The novella tells the story, and opens up a sci-fi world which we hope to continue exploring through further literature and film!
