The ongoing feud between Disney and Sony has sadly resulted in the Spider-Man licence being yanked from Disney-Marvel and the MCU, which rather leaves the last film ending on an unresolved cliffhanger, not to mention the unmitigated horror of having to face another Sony reboot origin story taking us back to square one.
