Ad Astra (SF movie trailer #2).

In this Brad Pitt science fiction flick, Ad Astra, a U.S. astronaut has to visit the solar system’s outer edges to locate his MIA space-farer dad while working to unravel a strange alien mystery which might just threaten the survival of the Solar System.

While doing so, he stumbles across a conspiracy which could change everything we know the nature of our existence and our place in the galaxy.

Something about the movie – but not the plot – reminds me a little of the shooting style of 2001 A Space Odyssey.
