After failing to locate the film-maker Stanley Kubrick to help NASA con the public, an unstable CIA agent (played by actor Ron Perlman) must instead team up with a seedy rock band manager (nicely played by Rupert Grint) to produce the biggest scam of all time — faking the Apollo moon landing.
