Here’s the new Fox comedy space opera TV series which rips the urine out of Star Trek even more than Galaxyquest did – but does it do it with the same degree of style? We shall see!

There’s a Planetary Union, some very familiar shiny ships (and the bad aliens’ quite familiar green ones), and there’s even Agent of Shield’s Adrianne Palicki playing the first officer alongside the somewhat hapless captain, aka Seth MacFarlane.

Looks like something Stephen Hunt wrote while channelling Douglas Adams!
