Baywatch gets a full-on post-ironic reboot parody-lite movie with California lifeguard Mitch Buchannon (Dwayne Johnson) butting heads with a brash new lifeguard recruit (Zac Efron) brought in as a PR stunt to save the unit from budget cuts.
