Moebius: the man, the legend (video documentary: comic-book genius).

Here’s an hour-long documentary on the life and career of the French comic-book creator, Moebius (the creative pen-name of Jean Giraud), a great influence on Federico Fellini, Stan Lee and Hayao Miyazaki.

His best-known creation was Western-themed Blueberry, created with writer Jean-Michel Charlier.

As Moebius he created Arzach and the Airtight Garage of Jerry Cornelius. He also collaborated with Alejandro Jodorowsky for an unproduced movie adaptation of Dune and the comic-book series The Incal.

Moebius also contributed storyboards to science fiction films such as Alien, Tron, The Fifth Element and The Abyss.
