The Last Starfighters film sequel has just launched a video packed with all their concept art by Matt Allsopp for the next movie in the franchise – thanks to the film’s writer, Gary Whitta, for highlighting this one.
Gary was responsible for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, so we’re expecting a goodie when this flick gets off the ground!
The original Last Starfighter was a classic 1984 film about Alex Rogan (actor Lance Guest), a teenager recruited by an alien defense force to fight in an interstellar war due to his skills at video games … which were actually secret recruitment tools.
I’m still waiting for my call-up papers, guys.
