The OA (trailer: new Netflix scifi series).
The OA is a new television scifi series created by Brit Marling and Zal Batmanglij due to debut on December 16th 2016 on Netflix. The first series consists of eight one-hour episodes produced by Plan B and Anonymous Content. It’s about a girl who returns home as a young adult after disappearing – being abducted, possibly – as a child. But when she was taken she was blind. Now she can see. Creepy stuff. Hints of Lost and Stranger Things, but a bit more subtle.
