Stranger Things: actor Cary Elwes cast for season three.
Actor Cary Elwes of Princess Bride-fame is signing up for the 3rd season of Stranger Things, playing a slippery scuzzball politician – the town’s new mayor.
Elwes is previously known for his roles in Bram Stoker’s Dracula, Hot Shots!, Twister, Saw, Robin Hood: Men In Tights, and The Princess Bride. He has also played in television series The X-files.
Also, actor Jake Busey has been cast as a journalist for the The Hawkins Post with questionable morals and a sick sense of humour.
Jake played Private Ace Levy in Starship Troopers and has pop-up roles in Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD. He’ll also be in the Fox reboot of The Predator, due August 2018.
