Inside The U.S. Government Covert UFO Program: Initial Revelations by James T. Lacatski D,Eng, Colm A. Kelleher Ph.D and George Knapp (book review)
I read the first book, ‘Skinwalkers At The Pentagon’ a while back and reviewed it. ‘Inside The U.S. Government Covert UFO Program: Initial Revelations’ by scientists James T. Lacatski and Colm A. Kelleher with reporter George Knapp is the sequel. The book is actually 255 pages of reading matter with the remaining pages devoted to notes which are just source books. I should point out that there are 4 pages of abbreviations at the opening of the book. Before you gulp, whenever the original words are used in each of the opening chapter, they are used that way and then the accompanying abbreviation so you’re not thrown into confusion.
In the introduction, George Knapp points out how American Congress has radically changed its views on UFO/UAPs as a matter of security and finding out what they are. Interestingly, apart from the odd historic sightings, there are many from this century as well. A lot of military pilots don’t reveal their sightings for fear of ridicule and demotion. The USA has changed their views in 2022 on whistleblowers and now offer protection and anonymity for all so more information has come out. The original covert activity to ridicule reports has gone as Congress sub-committees want to know more. I have to confess I’ve seen little of this in the British media.
Out of this came former American intelligence officer David Grusch who had previously been employed to look into the costing and operation of black ops projects related to UAPs by the military and some aircraft corporations. Some of the downed UAPs, by their own fault not attacks by terrestrial aircraft, have been examined for their technology. Oddly, we’ve yet to be shown these vessels or their pilots bodies yet. This book is also going to look at the ‘woo’ aspects, ESP or other unusual events around UAPs because they think there is some connection.
There is a firm concentration on how these UAPs do their thing and how practical they are. Included in this a look at the Alcubierre drive and the Casimir force, both still beyond what we are capable of. Although I can understand why there is a thought about invisibility when there is still a radar track being given, considering the UAPs not really bothered if they are seen or not, it doesn’t mean there aren’t other UAPs watching. Oddly, inertialess drives have not been considered considering the speed these UAPs can reach. You would have thought opening a black hole/stargate/wormholes in our atmosphere would have given off a particular energy signature that we could detect and learn to recognise.
Other than names of people involved being changed, we have the entire manuscript report of ‘Tic-Tac’, the USS Nimitz’ pilots close encounter from 2002. Obviously, the film footage as seen on TV and YouTube is somewhat abbreviated but it shows more than 4 aircraft were there observing and them all being asked if they were armed, as if the people on the aircraft carrier didn’t know, as it was a training flight. It was also interesting to note that the radar tends to ignore things it doesn’t deem a threat and there were several more radar bounces of UAPs in the area. None of the pilots had to sign non-disclosure agreements which is why the encounter got out. If you have an interest in this known event, this is a must read.
The multiple reports of an encounter in Nevada in 2009 of a large three-lights lit triangular UAP literally floating over an American suburb shows how many people were awake or woken. The variety of people, including ex-military adds up. In many respects, you do have to wonder what the UAP is doing or looking for. I mean, its not as though it was that close to the military base.
Brazil seems to get the most UAP flaps but no reasons as to why unless one of the species has a base there.
A big part of this book examines various means of interstellar flight and how it relates to UAPs, having accepted the fact that these are always flying away rapidly. I tend to think a lot of this is speculative thinking simply we don’t know what they are using. There isn’t any examination of any of the problems these drives might cause.
There is also a section devoted to categorisation of what is seen and what you are likely to be asked by various private organisations as they collect data. A necessity for their databases for comparison.
If there’s something missing, I wish they had a few more photographs to back up descriptions. Mobile phones do appear to have their batteries drained after any encounter so I imagine the same applies to current digital cameras although this isn’t given as a direct quote. If you are going to photograph what you see, don’t do it close to a sighting.
As you can tell from the length of this review, a lot of it has sunk in. Always a good sign. Of course, it doesn’t answer questions about UAPs and the book’s writers have similar questions, but it will make you think about how they achieve flight. I can’t see any of them happening that we wouldn’t see any energy signature. It does become apparent that there are drones and extra-terrestrial piloted crafts. There’s been too many reports of beings on the ground doing repairs to think otherwise. Definitely automated radar systems need to recalibrate and track them properly. Then again, you do have to wonder who ordered such changes?
Considering the original reason given that the human population would go into panic knowing there were extra-terrestrials on Earth isn’t likely to happen, there does need to a need for more disclosure to the public, like showing the crashed vehicles and occupants. The UAPs have their own agendas but certainly not for human extermination. Maybe if we offer a begging bowl they might offer to help us with reducing global warming.
